Unresponsive RIP-Queue

Onyx Version:
CET Xpress 1000Q

Just starting today, we've encountered a problem with the RIP-Queue. We submit the job from Job Editor like normal then it says 'Ripping' in the Queue. On the lower right corner, it says Rip Successful but then the program goes unresponsive at the printing phase. I am then forced to close the program resulting in a corrupt .prn file.

I've tried rebooting the computer and rebooting the printer at the same time.

This is not a problem of the size as I've successfully ripped a similar file previously with 2 pieces to print. Because we needed to remake one piece, I just removed 1 piece and saved it as a different name. The format of this is in .eps and I've ensured to fit it within the artwork bounds in Illustrator.

The problem doesn't exist just solely on one file. It goes for all files. Any thoughts?

We are using v10.2.5.45 (CET XPress Q Series).

Much appreciated for any help!
