PosterShop RIP-Queue and L26500 error

Help, please.... I am currently getting this error from PosterShop Job Editor when hitting the "submit" button to rip to PosterShop RIP Queue....

"PosterShop RIP-Queue is either not running or the "HP Designjet L26500" is not an active printer. The job that you are about to submit will not print until PosterShop RIP-Queue is running and the printer is active"

Everything was ok last time I printed, not sure if something was changed in a profile or on my machine. I have checked the online stats thru the IP address.

I did an upgrade from Onyx V10 to V10.2.5 - still getting error. I also updated my firmware for L26500 to V11.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Quick update... I bit the bullet and removed all Onyx files and re-installed original Onyx 10.1 - had to do this 3 times - yup, third time was the charm =) Life is good cuz we're printing again.
